 Easy Access & Parking

The Granborough and Aylesbury clinics both have ramped access with off road parking, making access possible with  buggy, stroller and wheelchair access. The rooms are well ventilated and sanitized. 

Effective treatment

Many of the patients who attend are either through word of mouth or referral. Each patient's care is tailored to them and not just to a generic formula. Common modalities include soft tissue work, mobilisation, manipulation, dry needling, K taping, ergonomic advice and remedial exercises. 

Team work with patient

The aim of treatment is to work in partnership with you which included identifying triggers and maintaining factors. Cross referrals can be made where indicated to other health professionals to give a rounded care package.

Latest CPD
Over the last year I have focused on Scar Tissue Therapy, scar tissue can lead to adhesions, cording, inflammation and loss of normal function and movement. I have also trailed a low level light laser and in the autumn decided on a class 3B laser from Thor to add to my practice. This used to accelerate healing, to reduce inflammation and pain.
